Pink n Grey
Pink n Grey is a combination that you don't see that often. When i put together this outfit, I liked the way it looked. But I was seeing myself without the shoes and didn't realize (until i saw this picture) that it could make or break an outfit. The boots are a complete overkill, I think. Too late, though.
After I got back home , I wanted to see how it would have looked if I had just kept it simple with the shoes. N there you go. I think the second look worked much better than the first.
What do you guys think ?

The Consultant
This morning someone remarked that I look like a consultant. I don't know whether I was dressed like one, or whether I looked like I have taken a red eye!

Looking at my patterns, I confirm that Gray is the color I gravitate to when I am in execute mode without time to think.

Gloomy Gray
Trousers: Banana Republic, Shirt: Van Heusen, Cardi: T J Maxx, Black pumps with small heels: BCBGeneration
After a couple of back to back night outs with work, I was extremely gloomy and groggy this morning. That ended up reflecting my choice of color. Very gray. If I had some more time this morning, probably would have paired a colored accessory to perk this up a bit. I tried to style it in two different ways with the belt - which one do you like?
