Keeping it Simple

Greener Pastures
Top: CottonWorld (worn here); Skirt: J Crew ; Shoes : H&M; Bag: Tumi
I tried to keep it simple and not too formal. Kick it up a notch by pairing the skirt with a plain white shirt and some pumps.The photo doesn't do justice to the skirt. It is a much brighter green. If I get another photo that shows the color, will post it.

April round-up
With all the travel and work from home, April is not that eventful. Judging by my color choices spring is not fully here in my neck of the woods :-)

Pink n Grey
Pink n Grey is a combination that you don't see that often. When i put together this outfit, I liked the way it looked. But I was seeing myself without the shoes and didn't realize (until i saw this picture) that it could make or break an outfit. The boots are a complete overkill, I think. Too late, though.
After I got back home , I wanted to see how it would have looked if I had just kept it simple with the shoes. N there you go. I think the second look worked much better than the first.
What do you guys think ?
